Solutions Manager, AI, Public Sector

As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for the technical relationship of our largest advertising clients and/or product partners

• Drive delivery for AI solutions
• Define milestones, success criteria, and resource allocation
• Apply technical acumen in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and secure MLOps
• Lead cross-functional teams
• Communicate program schedules and status updates
• Establish engineering productivity
• Develop and enforce standards, processes, and tooling
• Synthesize technical requirements into concise documentation
• Balance business and partner needs with technical constraints
• Develop innovative solutions and act as a partner and consultant
• Build tools and automate products
• Oversee technical execution and business operations of Google's partnerships
• Develop product strategy and prioritize projects and resources

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience
• 5 years of experience project managing and delivering technical solutions
• Experience with modern AI technologies
• Active, or the ability to obtain, a US Government Top Secret security clearance
• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
• Experience working directly with Go-to-Market (GTM) and Professional Services Organization (PSO) teams
• Experience with software development or coding
• Understanding of containerization, Kubernetes, and deployment architectures
• Ability to synthesize technical requirements into concise documentation
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and secure MLOps practices
